About Me

I practice primarily in the Orange County and Los Angeles County Superior Courts and the Central District of the United States Federal Court.

I graduated from Loyola Law School where I was on law review and was a member of the law honor society.  After graduation I became an
associate in the litigation department of Orange County’s largest law firm. I left to start my own firm with two other attorneys.  The firm prospered for
many years but later dissolved.   I opened my own office in Newport Beach in September, 2011,with a long-time friend of mine.  I recently moved my office to 23 Corporate Plaza, Suite 150 in Newport Beach.

The practice of law has changed over the years.  It became apparent that more disputes were being resolved through arbitration and mediation.  I enrolled in Pepperdine Law School’s Dispute Resolution Program and received a certificate in dispute resolution in 2004.

My practice encompasses traditional trial work in the Superior Court and Federal Courts and also arbitration and mediation.  I arbitrate cases with the American Arbitration Association and various dispute resolution companies which employ retired judges as arbitrators.

I represent clients in mediations and arbitrations. I have also volunteered time as a mediator with the Orange County Superior Court and the District Court for the Central District of California.
