I provide advice to businesses and businessmen when they are deciding whether to sign a contract, buy property, enter into a business venture, or make other decisions. My clients seek advice on such things as terminating an employee, employment agreements, stock purchase agreements, buy-sell agreements, and other transactions.
Because of my years of litigation experience, I often am able to see ahead to where disputes can arise and help the client avoid possible litigation. Sometimes the client is facing a possible lawsuit and wants to know the probable cost of litigation so that he can make an informed decision as to how to proceed.
A simple agreement signed by the parties can be invaluable to heading off problems later on. I enjoy working with clients on their business projects.
